Tran Hue Nghia is officially Jack Kenneth Amidon!
Yesterday we received the great news from our lawyer that our re-adoption for Jack went through and he's officially Jack Kenneth Amidon and NO ONE can ever take him away from us.
Plus! The Judge was able to get our paperwork done and signed for Dec. 30, 2008 so we can claim him on our 2008 taxes for the Adoption tax credits! YIPPEE!

Oh Alicia that is so wonderful!!! Doesn't it feel GREAT to have it all done? And the tax bonus is awesome!!!!

Congratulations! We just finalized Sarah's adoption in January. It is a great feeling:) He is adorable!
